DeafBlind civilly committed inmate Charles Awusin Inko-Tariah Federal Register # 22301-016 has foiled repeated assassination attempts by Warden Arthur F. Beeler and several psychiatrists at Federal Prison Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina where he spent a total of 25-year indefinite commitment March 18, 1994-December 14, 2018.

At the center of sinister murder conspiracy is Dr Ralph Newman (1st psychiatrist), Jewish greedy Shylock who desperately wanted to get Mr Inko-Tariah’s 7 upcoming books and poetry “for his own enrichment.” He balked in 1998, 2000 and 2013 hence the personal vendetta, repeated murder attempts, campaign of calumny, holding him “hostage for 15+ more years” for a total of 20-25 years indefinite commitment even though he wasn’t convicted and was supposed to spend not more than 5 years treatment plan after being adjudicated (not guilty by reason of insanity” by the Federal Court, Washington, DC following notorious underground interstate metro subway $200.00 arson havoc disruption incident Friday afternoon rush hours July 31, 1998.

Warden Beeler unwittingly implicated “others” (higher up in Washington, DC). It could be anyone including the 3 occupants of the WHITE HOUSE, WASHINGTON, D.C. There were over 2,800 inmate deaths (2000-2018) and not all of them died of natural causes. Several of Mr Inko-Tariah cell mates were victim of poisoning and there was cover up by the national media including The Washington Post, The Washington Times and Deseret News that covered the notorious subway arson arrest and prosecution on August 1998-August 1999. One of his cell mates inmate Steven Jones, 40, Black American 1989 Presidential subject died face down in his sleep from poisoning around July 2003 and it was covered up. The FBI, US Department of Justice, Federal Judges, Federal Prosecutors, Federal Bureau of Prisons authorities in Washington, DC and the media were aware but all resorted to “conspiracy of silence” by clammed up looking the other way like an “OSTRICH!” Nationwide police, Judiciary and Prisons are a hugely profitable $212 billion business!

The federal court ordered him detained and undergo psychiatric treatment in DC St. Elizabeth Hospital, SE, Washington, D.C. March 18, 1994 until July 31, 1998 where he escaped and wreaked havoc on underground interstate commerce linking Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland with zero casualty protesting against this perceived great injustice.
